Using Oaktally
Oaktally helps you record and plan money. You control the records and decisions you make. Recorded balances depend on the opening balances, transactions and corrections you provide; they are not a live bank balance. Oaktally does not hold or transfer your money.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and use an account you are authorized to manage. Each adult uses a separate login. Household membership and payment do not authorize access to another person's private records. Do not upload content or records you do not have permission to use.
Trial
Eligible App Store subscribers can start a one-month free trial after confirming a subscription with Apple. The selected monthly or annual price is charged when the trial ends, and the subscription renews unless canceled through Apple. Trial eligibility is determined by the App Store, once per subscription group. Existing app-managed trials keep their original end date and do not charge automatically.
Subscriptions
Available prices, billing periods and renewal terms come from your device store and appear before confirmation. Basic and Premium each cover one person or up to two adults sharing, including their private budgets. Premium includes planning views and a larger AI allowance when available. AI allowances are pooled per subscription and ordinary paid transactions have no monthly limit. Quota exhaustion does not prevent manual entry or access to existing records. Legacy purchases retain their verified coverage until changed through the store. Store subscriptions renew until canceled through the store. Restore and subscription management are available in Settings. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.
Your records remain yours
Trial expiry or subscription cancellation does not block permitted record reading or standard export. Leaving a household ends current shared access while preserving permitted participation history. Shared plan changes require the approvals shown in the app.
Availability and changes
Only features available in the installed release are included. Connection, device and provider interruptions can delay saving or verification. Pending changes remain provisional until confirmed. Oaktally may change available services and terms; material changes will be disclosed before they take effect where required.
