Oaktally offers budgeting tools and early access to its budgeting app. These terms cover the landing website, sample money plan, contribution calculator, optional survey, and early-access list. They do not cover a released mobile app or paid subscription. Separate terms will be provided before those services become available.

Using the website
The website and early-access list are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit spam, impersonate someone, or submit another person's email without their permission.
Examples and calculators
The sample plan uses fictional people and sample amounts. Calculator results depend on the numbers you enter and the method you choose. They are educational examples, not financial, tax, investment, legal, or relationship advice. Check the results and choose contribution rules that work for both partners. We do not connect to banks, hold money, make payments, or save your financial plan through this website.
Early access and communications
Joining the list is free and is not a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of access. You ask us to email you early-access and launch updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. Survey questions are optional. Completing them is not required to remain on the list. You can reply to our emails with feedback, and we may respond to questions you send.
Product plans
Features, supported devices, prices, and launch timing are still being decided and may change. The website does not guarantee a particular release date, financial outcome, or relationship outcome.
Content and feedback
You may use the tools for your own planning. Website branding and original content remain with their respective owners. If you choose to send product suggestions, you allow us to use those suggestions to improve the product. Do not send confidential account details or information about your partner without permission.
