Email us and we will reply as soon as we can. Tell us your device, your iOS version and what happened. Never send passwords, bank logins or full card numbers.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. Then tap Request account deletion and confirm. You can export your records first. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Apple handles billing. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Oaktally. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
