1Export your data first
On the web, click your plan name in the left sidebar and choose Export Plan. You get your plan and every transaction as CSV files.
2Cancel where you pay
Web subscriptions are cancelled in YNAB. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store.
3You keep access until the period ends
YNAB stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume until then.
4Your data is deleted later
If the subscription stays expired past YNAB's retention period, your data is deleted. YNAB says it reminds you first.
