1Download your transactions first
On a computer, open Accounts, pick an account, choose Edit, then Download transactions. Repeat for each account you want to keep.
2Cancel where you pay
Web billing is cancelled on Monarch's site. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store.
3Only the household admin can cancel
If you do not see the cancel option, you are probably a household member. Ask the admin to cancel.
4You keep access until the period ends
Monarch stays open for the time you already paid for.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund from Monarch?
Monarch says it cannot refund App Store purchases, so ask Apple. For web billing, contact Monarch.
Does cancelling delete my data?
No. Cancelling stops the renewal. Deleting your Monarch account is a separate step.
